What is Wasel?

A Tiqania product

Wasel is Tiqania’s unified messaging and notification product. You connect your channels once, then your systems send a single event through one API. Wasel looks up the recipient in your systems, picks the right channel and template, falls back to another channel when a message cannot be delivered, and tracks every message. Your team can send campaigns and choose audiences with simple filters, in Arabic and English.

How it works

From setup to operation in four steps

  1. Connect your channels

    SMS sender IDs, WhatsApp Business numbers, email accounts and mobile apps, through a wizard that tests the connection before it goes live.

  2. Design templates and flows

    One template with email, SMS, WhatsApp and push versions, and a visual flow that sets the channel and the fallback for each event.

  3. Connect your systems

    Each application gets its own credentials, and your HR or student system is connected so Wasel can look up recipients.

  4. Send and track

    Instant notifications from your systems and campaigns from your team, with the status of every message: sent, delivered, read, or failed and why.

    Your team picks recipients with simple conditions such as college, status and level, with a live count. An audience is saved as a rule that is resolved again at every send.

  • Single and multi-channel campaigns

    A six-step wizard with recipient and cost estimates before sending, scheduling and pause, and opt-out lists respected.

  • Delivery tracking

    The status, failure reason and cost of every message, with resend and signed webhooks back to your systems.

  • Roles and audit

    Roles for admins, campaign managers, developers and billing, encrypted credentials, recipient preferences and a log of every action.

  • One Tiqania account
