What clients ask before we start
What exactly does Tiqania do?
We design and build software for organizations: digital products, web and mobile applications, custom enterprise platforms, AI and automation solutions, system integrations, and data and analytics solutions. We also develop cloud software products of our own.
How is a project priced?
Cost depends on scope. After an introductory session we provide a written proposal setting out deliverables, timeline, fees and the payment schedule, and no work starts before it is approved. For continuously evolving work we use a dedicated-team model with an agreed periodic fee.
How long does it take to build a product or system?
It depends on scope. We first define a small, usable first release and state its duration in the written proposal, then continue in short cycles, each ending with working software you can review.
Who owns the code and data after delivery?
Ownership is defined in the contract. For custom projects we hand over the source code, documentation and data in full as the contract sets out, and we build so that any competent team could continue the work.
Can you work with our existing systems and technical team?
Yes. Much of our work involves integrating with existing systems or working alongside an in-house team. We start by mapping systems and data flows and agree on responsibilities before we begin.
Do you build in both Arabic and English?
Yes. We design the Arabic interface as a first-class experience with full right-to-left support, with English supported from day one.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes, if you want it. We provide monitoring, incident handling and continued development under a support agreement that defines scope and how to reach us.
