Digital transformation measured by its effect on services and the people who use them

We work with government agencies to plan and build enterprise platforms, digital services and system integrations. Our approach is documented, takes cybersecurity, data protection and business continuity into account from the start, and leaves the agency with what it needs to run its systems with confidence.

What organizations like yours need

  1. Clear digital services for beneficiaries

Arabic-first, accessible online services that shorten the journey for beneficiaries and reduce in-person visits.

  2. Systems that talk to each other

Structured, secure data exchange between internal systems and other agencies, instead of manual transfers and scattered files.

  3. Governance for architecture and data

A clear picture of systems, data and ownership, and standards that every new project builds on rather than one-off decisions.

  4. Stable, continuous operations

Systems designed for continuity, with backup, recovery and monitoring plans, and documentation that lets the agency’s team take charge.

What we offer you

Capabilities we select with you according to your priorities. You can start with any of them.

Illustrative examples

Kinds of projects we can deliver for organizations like yours. They illustrate scope; they are not delivered projects.

  • Example: digitizing a paper-based service

For example, an agency that wants to turn a service built on paper forms and in-person visits into an end-to-end online service, from the beneficiary’s request to the notification of the outcome, with a tracking dashboard for staff.

  • Example: connecting fragmented systems

For example, an organization running several systems that do not share data, which needs a documented integration layer to cut duplicate entry and establish a single source for core data.

  • Example: establishing enterprise architecture

For example, an agency that wants to document its current architecture, define a target state, and put standards and governance in place to assess new technology projects before approval.

How we work with you

  1. Written scope and deliverables

We agree scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria in writing before work starts, and tie each phase to an output that can be reviewed and signed off.

  2. Security and privacy by design

Roles, encryption, audit logs and data classification are part of the architecture from the start, not added later.

  3. Documentation and knowledge transfer

We hand over technical and operational documentation and source code as the contract sets out, and train the agency’s team to operate and extend the system.

  4. Clear reporting for decision-makers

Regular progress reports in management language, showing what has been completed, the risks, and the decisions needed from the agency.

Designed for the Saudi context

We design and document our work to support your regulatory obligations. Compliance and its assessment remain with your agency and the relevant authorities; we provide the design, documentation and implementation that help you meet them.

  • We design and document our work to support your obligations under the Digital Government Authority’s standards and guidelines.
  • We design systems to support your implementation of National Cybersecurity Authority controls, including the Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
  • Our design and documentation take into account your obligations under the Personal Data Protection Law.
  • Custom systems are designed to be hosted inside the Kingdom, on the agency’s infrastructure or with a provider it selects.
  • We build integration with national platforms such as Nafath where the service requires it and the agency holds the necessary approvals.
  • We engage through the official procurement channels the agency uses.

Frequently asked questions

Government

Can the system be hosted inside the Kingdom or on our own infrastructure?

Yes. Systems we build specifically for an agency can be deployed on its own infrastructure, with a cloud provider it selects inside the Kingdom, or in a hybrid model, according to its requirements and data classification.

Who owns the source code, data and documentation?

Data always belongs to the agency, and source code and documentation are handed over as the contract specifies. We design systems so that the agency’s team, or any party it chooses, can run and extend them later.

Do you work with the applicable cybersecurity controls and digital government standards?

Yes. We design and document our work to support the agency’s obligations under National Cybersecurity Authority controls and Digital Government Authority standards, and we work alongside your security and governance teams. Compliance assessment remains with the agency and the relevant authorities.
